GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL:
 

We are open and receptive to any customer complaint/ grievance.

We ensure quick response to our customer’s complaint/grievance through any branch/regional office of HMT Watches Ltd., which is currently marketing our watches. Customers can approach any of these offices with their complaint/grievance.

In case he is not satisfied with the response from the branch/regional office, he shall be free to write to

The complaint shall be redressed within a period of 30 days after examining genuinity of the complaint registered.
